Ivanova Nanuli Viktorovna, Professor, Doctor of Medical Science,  Board Certified in Surgery, Highest Category in Ophthalmic Microsurgery, the head of the Department of Ophthalmology at the SI “Crimea State Medical University named after S. I. Georgievsky” since 2006. 

 Member of the Specialized Academic Board D. 05.21.01 on the specialty “Ophthalmology” (14.01.18.) at the SI “Institute of Eye Diseases and Tissue Therapy named after V. P. Filatov of the National Academy of Medical Science of Ukraine”.

Member of the expert advisory board of the International Glaucoma Association, European Society of Ophthalmology, European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, the European Society of Glaucomatologists, the Ukrainian Society of Ophthalmologists, Association of Neuroophthalmologists and Glaucomatologists of Ukraine .

Author of over 200 scientific publications, among which over 50 were published in foreign editions, 8 patents and author’s certificate. Professor Ivanova N. V. undertook internship in the leading ophthalmological clinics of the world: several times at the SI “Institute of Eye Diseases and Tissue Therapy named after V. P. Filatov of the National Academy of Medical Science of Ukraine” (Odessa, Ukraine); Center for Eye Microsurgery (Kiev and Zaporozhye, Ukraine); Military Medical Academy (St. Petersburg, Russia); IRTC “Eye Microsurgery” named after Academician S.N. Fyodorov (Moscow, Russia), Moorfields Eye Hospital (London, Great Britain - 2002), Cornell University (USA) in Saltsburg (Austria – 2004).

Regular participant of the international congresses and conferences on the problems of glaucoma, cataract microsurgery, laser eye surgery, refractive surgery, diseases of retina and optic nerve: Barcelona (Spaine, 2003, 2005); Amsterdam (Netherlands 1998, 2004, 2009); London (Great Britain, 2006); Vienna (Austria, 2006); Munich  (Germany, 2003); Paris (France, 2004, 2010); Baden-Baden (Germany, 2007); Lublin (Poland, 1999, 2003); Prague (Czech Republic, 2005); Stockholm (Sweden, 2007); Madrid (Spain, 2008, 2010); Berlin (Germany, 2008, 2010), Istanbul and Antalya (Turkey, 2001, 2006, 2007, 2008), Helsinki (Finland, 2009), Venice (Italy, 2010), Boston (USA, 2010), Milan (Italy, 2012), Tbilisi  (Georgia, 2012), Abu-Dabi (UAE, 2012), Copenhagen (Denmark, 2012, 2013), Vancouver (Canada, 2013).

Awarded the Certificate of Honour of the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea issued on 8.03.2008г. (№ 9349), as well as the Certificate of Honour of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea issued on 5.03.13(decision №1173-6/13)
